Most of the golf courses around Prague are open all year round. But best time to visit Prague is from April until end of October. In Prague, summers are warm and occasionally showery and winters are snowy with changeable conditions. A typical day in Prague from June to August sees the mercury range from 14 degrees to 25 degrees. In general, May and September enjoy the most pleasant weather. The hottest month is July when temperatures could go up to 30 degrees C. The winters are cold and snowy and temperatures can go quite low.

The best 18 holes golf courses are around 20 – 45 minutes drive from Prague old town. You have many alternative transportation options from old town hotels.

Booking

After receiving your inquiry via our online form or email, we will send you our offer usually within 24 hours. If you are satisfied with the offer and wish to book it, the procedure will be:

1. Upon receiving the booking request, we will start making the necessary reservations (selected hotel, golf courses, transfers, and etc.).
2. After all reservations are confirmed by our suppliers, we will start creating a final itinerary for you. When you receive this itinerary from us, we will send you the proforma invoice and payment instructions too. The due date for the payment is based on whether it is an individual or group booking – you will find more in following paragraph named “Payment conditions”.
3. After the full payment is credited to our account, you will receive the Bookinprague vouchers from us for all booked services.

Payment conditions

* Individuals (up to 5 rooms) = 10 days prior to arrival

* Groups (6 or more rooms)  = Advised upon confirmation

Payment method:

* Bank transfer : All bank transfer fees should be covered by the payee (clients).
* Card : Surcharge(+3.5% of the total amount applies.  We accept only Visa or MasterCard)
* Cash upon arrival (in special cases – contact us for more details)

Deposits

* Individuals = no deposit required

* Groups (6 or more rooms) = we require a 10% deposit of the total amount to secure the booking.  Includes a non-refundable EUR 150 service fee/booking/group.

Cancellation conditions

*If we refund to your credit card, we will refund the amount minus 3%.

Individuals (up to 5 rooms):
* 8 days and more prior to arrival – free of charge
* 7-4 days prior to arrival – 50% of total price will be charged
* 3 days or less or no show – 100% of total price will be charged

Discounts

– Group discount: in case of 16 or more golfers, there is a discount for tour leader (the discount is depended on the number of golfers and hotel).

– Discounts for golf PROs (In case of 3 or more non-golfers, 1 golf PRO will have free green fee upon presenting PGA license/certificate at the golf course. )

Data security

For successful booking, we require certain personally identifiable information from you; for example full name, billing address, email address, mobile phone number and etc.

We will not sell or pass any of these obtained information to any 3rd party!

Refunds

For any insufficient services, we will refund to you before your departure or within 7 days from your departure from Prague, in case we receive in written form and it was our fault.

Insurance

We recommend you to have full and comprehensive insurance including a loss and damage of luggage. We are not responsible for any personal injury / illness / accident, neither for any damage / loss of personal items.

Others

All golfers must have proper handicap certificate – The Green card.

Rental of golf clubs are possible but the number of sets are limited.

All persons must be seated and fasten their seat belts when they are on board of our transportation.

All golfers must follow the rules of the each golf courses. Otherwise, the course marshal will kick you out from the course without any refund!

Please follow the tee times and pick up times. If you miss the tee time, not by our failure or traffic jams, we cannot guarantee any alternative tee time.
