The idea of a golf course in Vinoř was born at the turn of the millennium. The real outlines of this project took shape in 2015, when the first construction work began. The architect of the course is Jonathan Gaunt, who has more than 30 courses in his portfolio worldwide. The course is situated on a plateau at 268 metres above sea level and has many features that make it fit perfectly into the Prague City Golf concept – it is a links-type course, but there are several water obstacles. With a length of 6,589 metres of black tees and sandy wastelands, it will be a challenge even for performance amateurs or professionals. Amateur players will appreciate the less rugged greens. The sandstone massifs that line the fairways and greens of more than one hole are a special feature.
